Went to lunch with my former boss today and he asked if I still wear iron underwear (I was the henchman for the company). I thought it appropriate to tell you today since PK has bunched up underwear. We could make this a rock, paper, scissors game. I think iron beats bunched up.

Naughty Wednesday! Yipppeeee!!!!

Now for the bad news. My Facebook friends know already. Remember all the issues I had with my old computer? I finally bought a brand new Dell. It's 3 weeks old. The hard drive is fried and useless now. In just 3 weeks. I was hysterical crying last night, I was angry, I was throwing in the towel. Dell is sending a new hard drive, but here's the kicker. I paid one of their subcontractors $200 to come in and get the thing up and running. Section my computer. Transfer over all of our ITunes, etc. Now they tell me I might have to pay that fee again, because only the hardware/hard drive is under warranty and they are not responsible for lost data. So needless to say, I won't have much internet access for the next few days or so until this whole mess is straightened out.

C1Mom, did I mention how glad I am that you are back? That's the best hunk ever and I hope Scotlass is willing to share him with me. And if she won't share, I'm donning my iron underoos and challenging her to a duel.

PK, that really sucks. All we have are Dells. We have tons of them at work and my laptop is also a Dell. However, none of these are the personal use ones which I think are built differently than the professional use ones. I don't see how after just 3 weeks they can possibly say that the hard drive problem would not be warrantied.

sorry you are not closer, I would do the data transfer for free!

(thats why we use HP for laptops, and shuttles for the desktops at home!)

For all inquiring minds, I'm doing well. My biggest problem has been allergies, they are always worse when I'm pregnant. And, I spent far too much time on my feet Friday and Saturday, and I definitely felt it on Sunday. I'm ready for this baby to come, but she still has some cooking to do.

Also, DH needs surgery again on one of his hands. At least it isn't both this time. Of course, he has no vacation, so he's going to push it off as long as he can. He received a steroid shot about 6 weeks ago, and it's still helping (even the doc was surprised by that). I doubt it will last till his vacation renews in March, but he wants to play it by ear. He will already be taking off unpaid when the baby is born.
