iFit Marathon Maps

Just recently purchased a treadmill that is iFit enabled and wondering if anyone has produced Disney marathon maps for it. Have spent a lot of time searching with no success. Not as concerned with the Google street view portion coming thru as that is probably not possible for some parts of the routes but more interested in the incline / decline settings that go along with it. I played around with the Wine and Dine route but am only guessing at the incline / decline settings.
