If you've used BOG FP+ before and can't now...

So, several of us on the boards have used BOG FP+ before and are now unable to book it.

In my case, I didn't actually use it. Back for my October trip, I entered my reservation number (the one under your Magic Bands on MDE) and account information just to check it out. I'm pretty sure at that time that I didn't even have access to it and ended up with a dinner ressie, so I just forgot about it.

Now, it seems that my MDE account is still "linked" with my old reservation number from October on the BOG FP+ site. It will only let me book a FP+ for the current week, and I can't find anywhere to allow me to put in my NEW reservation number.

I was able to book FP+ for our dates under my parents' account and sister's account without problems.

Just called Disney IT and the CM informed me that BOG+ cannot be booked until you arrive at your resort. I did inform her that was incorrect and told her I'd already booked for the rest of my party. I explained to her what I thought the problem was, but it fell on deaf ears. She just kept repeating her spiel and completely ignored the fact that what she's saying is impossible since I've already booked for the rest of my party.

I realized she was going to be no help, so I'm currently on hold hoping to get a different IT CM. I'll update how it goes, but I'm not hopeful.

If anyone here that is having this problem would also call, maybe they would become more aware of the problem.
 
While on hold for a new IT CM, I made my own fix.

I created a dummy email account, and entered it after putting my information in at this link: https://beourguestlunch.disney.go.com/VerifyReservation.aspx

Despite the different email address, it recognized my son and I and our travel dates.

Hopefully it didn't screw anything else up :laughing: but we now have BOG FP+.

Maybe this will help someone else. :)

I used BOG lunch fastpass in November so for my upcoming January trip it was only letting me see the next 7 days. I just had my boyfriend who's going in January with me make a Disney account and put in our hotel confirmation number and he was able to make one.
 

If it won't let me in using my existing email and password, can I create another Disney account with a different email and link it to the same resort reservation #? That would mean two accounts are linked to the same resort reservation #. Is this an issue?

I have two accomodation reservation numbers (split stay). For one of them I got the same response as you as an error message. for the other reservation I got a message about already being registered. I have no idea what either one means. I do not have a BOG lunch reservation but I have tried.
