If you're trying to make an ADR for the GardenView Tea Room, make sure the CM actually made a reservation for the tea room.
I had funny feelings about the knowledge the CM the other week had, but let her go forward with my reservation. It never showed up online (and it had in the past) so I had a feeling the phone number wasn't right. Also, the time was weird, and too early for us.
Today I called. Glad I did! She'd made the ADR for the Grand Floridian Cafe, and it was for a time before the tea room is even open. If she and I hadn't had two separate conversations about how this is for the GV tea room, and NOT the GF Cafe, and how it's confusing because there are three separate tea-related things to deal with, I would be more "forgiving", but we had had those conversations, and she went ahead and make that reservation anyway.
It was all settled just fine. Got the reservation changed to the right place and moved to a better time, and even put the correct phone number on it. And immediately it showed up perfectly in my WDW account.
So make SURE the CM gets it right! Big hint? If they set you up for tea at 1:50, well, that's before the tea room even opens. Whoopsie for not knowing it, but I certainly had a feeling it wasn't right.
