For a trip to Disneyland in December, I recommend you ALL check out Candy Cane Lane in El Segundo, California... El Segundo is just on the other side of the LAX airport and really easy to get to (I can give anyone directions if they need it).

Each year, East Acacia Ave is renamed (with sign and all) to Candy Cane Lane, they block off the street at night, they have every house on the block decorated out in full for Christmas, and they even have a santa at the end of the street to let the kids sit on.

Again, it's East Acacia Ave in El Segundo, CA (Ill give directions just PM me) and it's a great thing to start off a vacation at Disneyland.

They start around December and it goes through christmas, it's only open during the night though. I'll repost this closer to December but I just wanted to give the option to people who were thinking about going to DL in December.

Hi Virii,

I work in El Segundo - Imperial & Aviation. It would be fun to check out. :)

I live in Hawthorne, just around the corner from where you work.. do you work at Northup Grumman? I cut through that parking lot all the time :P.

Do you think they may have some lights up on November 27th? We fly into LAX from Belize that night.

I'll check on the dates for you... I think it may be up around that time but it's iffy sinec thats near thanksgiving.
