MK - Be Our Guest, either dinner or QS.
EP - Akershus for the princesses. Any QS in the World Showcase since they are all unique.
DHS - Sci Fi Dine In or 50s Prime Time - two of the most uniquely themed restaurants in all of WDW, IMO.
AK - Tusker House for TS (awesome theme), and Flame Tree BBQ for QS.
Might seem like a lot of characters but when only had 1 park per day with my niece & nephew, we were thankful for the character meals because it killed two birds with one stone. DH and I never realized how long those character meet lines can be as we never do them ourselves. Doing character meals to meet your must-do characters ends up being a time saver.
