If you were choosing between....

FF - by a mile
CG - by a mile, unless you have young girls who love princesses
BOG - for PPO and the super close proximity to SDMT, see easywdw for information on that
Anything for LC - over priced and its like eating at Outback. As previous posters have suggested, Yachtsman, Shula's and especially Bluezoo are way better, and you might also take a look at MP.

Me personally:
Flying Fish
California Grill
Crystal Palace
Yachtsman

If young children are involved, I would probably suggest:

Be Our Guest
Cinderella's Royal Table
Crystal Palace
No real opinion for or against Le Cellier as I haven't eaten there, but if you're planning on being at Epcot, it'd be easier to stay in the park for dinner, rather than schlepping young'uns to Yacht Club and back.

Flying Fish or Be Our Guest Dinner
Seafood is seafood - but there is only one Beast and he meets for dinner only at Be Our Guest.

Dinner at Cinderellas Castle or California Grill
A view of the Castle or dinner inside...hhhhmmmm.....the Castle is magical. CA Grill is too hit-or-miss for my taste if I was going to recommend. Cinderella's Royal Table.

Crystal Palace Breakfast or Be our Guest Breakfast.
Unless you are doing this for strategic purposes of getting into the Park before rope drop....BoG. Otherwise, skip it and go to Cinderella's Table, because Princesses > Pooh in my book. And if you go to the Castle here, then CA Grill would be my choice above.

Le Cellier Dinner or Another Restaurant in Epcot/Boardwalk area
Biergarten is more fun, either restaurant in France - if you want to stay in Epcot. Otherwise, BlueZoo inside Dolphin (since you want seafood), or Flying Fish if on Dining Plan.
^^ see above ^^
