Flying Fish or Be Our Guest Dinner

Dinner at Cinderellas Castle or California Grill

Crystal Palace Breakfast or Be our Guest Breakfast

Le Cellier Dinner or Another Restaurant in Epcot/Boardwalk area

Too many choices, I can't decide. Help! Thanks for your thoughts on this!

Flying Fish

Cinderella's Castle (because castle)

Crystal Palace

We do like Le Cellier

Be Our Guest over Flying Fish

California Grill over Be Our Guest

Crystal Palace Breakfast over Be Our Guest

Le Cellier or Yachtsman Steakhouse

It depends. If I had little kids (I don't), I'd probably pick Be our Guest, Castle, Crystal Palace & Yachtsman. If kids are older, I'd go with Flying Fish, Cali Grill late enough to see fireworks, Crystal and Yachtsman.

Flying Fish vs. Be Our Guest - apples to oranges! Are you looking for a long, signature dinner or mediocre food with atmosphere?

CRT vs. CG - again, very different experiences. Food and view are better at CG. I would only do CRT if you've never eaten there before and you want the experience of eating in the castle, otherwise it's not worth it.

Crystal Palace vs. Be Our Guest - Crystal Palace, more variety and character experience.

Le Cellier vs. anything else - if you want steak, try Shula's. if you just want great food, go to bluezoo

All these choice for me would depend on what we were doing that day and who was with us.

If I was in MK I would go with BOG over Flying Fish.
I would choice Cali Grill over CRT but if you had younger kids with you that may change that.
For breakfast I would go with CP since it was more options. I am not a fan of quick service breakfast places also being able to see Pooh and his friends would be an added bonus
Le Cellier was good but I am not sure I would rush back there. Depending on what you were doing I would go to Flying Fish now since you are in the Epcot area and you can just walk over there.

My thoughts are on point with some PP's:

Can't really compare Flying Fish and BoG...Signature vs so/so food. I'd choose Flying Fish every time.
If you have never experienced BoG, I'd say have a breakfast there, so you can go in and check it out.
Definately save dinner for Flying Fish.

CRT not worth it unless you have never done it before. Recommend doing it once for the experience.
We LOVE Cali Grill and have eaten there on multiple occasions. DS chose to eat there for his 21st birthday dinner!

Also love Crystal Palace buffet breakfast (Pooh's puffed french toast yum!) Fun, and great character interaction.

If you are wanting Steak (Le Cellier) Yachtsman at Yacht Club has great steak too. Compare the menu's and prices then decide which one
you like better. I love the Bread service at Yachtsman. The give you a full head of roasted garlic to spread on your bread. :)
Yachtsman is a short 5 minute walk out of the back of Epcot to the hotel.

If you and your family are big Beauty and the Beast fans, it's worth doing BOG dinner once. But the meal itself of course doesn't compare to Flying Fish, as others have noted.

BOG dinner
Cinderella's castle (kind of a must do if you are traveling with little girls, if not then California grill -- later time so you can watch wishes)
Crystal Palace breakfast -- lots of cute characters!
Not sure about dinner -- there are way too many choices just at Epcot alone. I was having a dilemma with choosing between spice road and la hacienda - someone on here mentioned that seeing i could get Mexican food back home i should go for something that i normally wouldn't have as a dinner option -- so we went with spice road in morocco.

These responses are for me, personally...

Flying Fish over BOG, because FF is somewhere I've never been, and we've done BOG dinner a few times.

California Grill

Crystal Palace - I like the Winnie the Pooh characters and the food. We've done BOG breakfast before, and we enjoyed it, but for overall experience, CP wins hands down.

I could go either way on the Le Cellier vs. other Epcot/Boardwalk area question. There are many Boardwalk/Epcot area places that are great, but we've never done Le Cellier, so I might go with that. But...Chefs de France is probably higher on my list. And Yachtsman Steakhouse at the Yacht Club is amazing, so I might pick that over Le Cellier, too.

Good luck choosing! I know it's hard...I struggle with it every trip!

Just about anywhere BUT Le Cellier (would NEVER eat there again ugh).

I had 0 hesitation on any of those answers.

Be Our Guest

Depends if you want to see the castle or have Cali Grill's view of the fireworks. I'd say Cali Grill because CRT also has breakfast/lunch.

Crystal Palace

If you're looking for steak Shula's was awesome, I've also heard Yachtman's is good too.

It would really depend on your travel party.

I will comment on the Crystal Palace Breakfast vs Be our Guest breakfast, though...If you are going to do pre-park and want to be done quickly, do BOG. If you want to enjoy a better breakfast and see characters, choose CP. I prefer a PPO BOG breakfast or a late seating CP as "brunch."

Flying Fish, unless you have someone who really wants to meet the Beast, or dine in his Castle.

CG or CRT? This is a tough one. I think everyone should eat in the Castle one time, but if this is not a burning desire, choose CG.

Crystal Palace, unless you really want to have a meal in Beast's Castle.

Any other restaurant anywhere in WDW before I will dine again at Le Cellier.

I think it depends on who's in your party and whether or not they've been to WDW before. For my family of all adults, we would go with the following:
  • Flying Fish - I would especially go to Flying Fish if you opt to have breakfast at BoG. Personally, I like lunch at BoG better than dinner because at lunch you get to pick your table so you can choose to eat in the West Wing (I liked that room the best), whereas at dinner you cannot choose your table.
  • California Grill - I liked CA Grill better than CRT in terms of both food and service, but if you've never eaten at CRT and/or have little kids, I would then lean towards CRT.
  • Be Our Guest Breakfast - although, in truth, neither really appeals to us...we'd rather have breakfast at Boma.
  • Le Cellier - I really like Le Cellier; my family usually goes at least once per trip for Cheddar Cheese soup and ribeye with risotto.

Flying Fish, we ate there and while our service wasn't the best the food was good, we don't like BOG.
California Grill, too many kids at the Castle and we aren't huge fans of character meals.
I guess if I had to choose between the two for breakfast I'd do BOG but frankly, I really wouldn't do either. We've done BOG breakfast and it was just so-so. I'm assuming you are thinking of a PPO breakfast is why those choices.
Another restaurant in the Epcot area, Le Cellier is our least favorite of all of them, as a matter of fact it is close to being our least favorite on property.

Flying Fish. Be Our Guest is fun, but the food at FF looks very good to me. That said, if you have folks are fans of Beauty and the Beast and have never been to BOG then BOG.

California Grill, again for the food quality. But if our kids were still young, then the castle.

Nobody in our party -- including 3 kids who were in the 8-16 age range -- cared for CP breakfast. I'd book BOG breakfast an hour before park opening to take advantage of the Mine Train opportunity.

Haven't been to Le Cellier, but the reviews seem really hit or miss, and the fact that it is so cramped doesn't appeal to me. So I'd go Yachtsman (for steak) or Flying Fish (for more diversity). Single credit I'd go Teppan Edo, Via Napoli or Chefs de France.

(Be Our Guest is just ok; if you really want to do it, subsitute one of the above, just for the experience.)

Tokyo, San Angel Inn, Rose and Crown, Via Napoli, etc. I just don't like Le Cellier. It is dark and crowded in that basement.
