If you wanted to have a "picnic" at the Boardwalk Villas somewhere, where?

I know it's an odd question, but if you wanted to have a picnic dinner at the Boardwalk Villas where could you do this? At the Polynesian I'm thinking you could have it on the beach. Any ideas for the Boardwalk?

There are a few choices, actually. First of all, downstairs, under the deck that faces the Boardwalk, there's a little alcove. It's near the child care center. It's always very cool and shady in there. If you're walking on the sidewalk outside you can't even see inside becuase it's so dark. We like to eat there sometimes. Upstairs on the deck is also a nice choice.

Further down on the Boardwalk towards Epcot there's a little spot that goes out over the water. It sort of looks like a gazebo. It has a beautiful view and is popular for weddings.

And my final choice would be on the balcony outside of the little lounge that's between the Inn and the Villas. You just walk past all of the chairs that are set up and open the door that opens up onto the balcony. There are comfy chairs and bistro tables set up out there and it seems that it's always abandoned!

Sigh. Thanks for making me even *more* homesick! ;)

I have never used it but there is a picnic area with tables and a grill down by the tennis courts on the Villa side of the complex.
