If you wanted a really great dinner (fun for three ladies on a girls trip ) great food, presented well, and a great atmosphere, what would you recommend at Universal ?
Tchoup Chop it is.... I've had lunch at Mythos and I really didn't care for it all that much (it was ok, but expensive and ...maybe they were just having an off day...I don't know...)
I've eaten at Latin Quarter also and it is nice, but I was looking for something more "wow".
At Tchoup Chop is the food "presented well"? In other words, is it that kind of food that is practically "decorated on your plate" like a work of art? Do you know what I'm talking about??? Kind of hard to discribe.
I don't know about the plate, but the food decorated my belly nicely. They do things differently to make it decorative, like the baked macaroni was made in some kind of a small bowl similar to the ice cream cups you used to get in school as a kid. Instead of a scoop of macaroni, you get this shaped molded macaroni, kind of original. I can only tell you it looked great and tasted great.
I've eaten at Mels and although they had a good chocolate shake, we found the food to be dry and not very good. I think I will avoid that place this time.
