I've called and gotten rates for October but for a 2 bedroom it was too expensive (over $450 bucks per night).

If you are looking to rent November or later, their rates won't be out until August.

Here's another rental website. This one has photos of the Fairfield Orlando at Bonnet Creek Resort. I have not used their services so I don't know anything more about them. There's a link that opens an email window, if you want to contact them for availability and rates.

You could try posting a want to rent ad here. They are free and perhaps an owner can rent to you.
