I didn't read the book and I found the movie entertaining but confusing

I saw it and actually dozed off in the middle.

The book was much, much better.

I haven't seen it, but rated it for 17DS, who saw it last night. He gives it 4 stars. Says it is one of the best movies he has ever seen.
