When I called I went though a VERY long automated menu. You probably could get a person much quicker.

Also, I would ask for a supervisor right away. The person I spoke with read from a script and it seemed under NO circumstances would she deviate from the script! The animated computer seemed a little bighter .

The things we do to get to Disney as often as possible!
