Can you believe they made the SAME mistake today? They owed me vials and I made it as clear as could be they need to put my SUITE number on the package...this was the problem last week. Guess what?? THey didn't put it on again!! I'm at the end of my rope here.

They also put my HOME PHONE NUMBER instead of work just like they did last week despite the fact that I informed them of this mistake. Trying to get in touch with a supervisor at this point.

I'm really sorry that they're giving you such a hard time with this. If you recall, I'm the one who told you that DH has been getting mail order refrigerated meds for about 5 years with no problems at all.

You must be SO frustrated and aggravated. It just makes me crazy when people don't do their jobs right!

I hope you get everything straightened out soon.
