If you pay with a Q&C voucher what does your final bill look like?

Weird question, I know... Let's say you eat at Beaches and Cream and get about $100 worth of food but you are able to pay for it with about $55 in vouchers. (About 5 vouchers.) Will your final bill (NOT the itemized bill) say $100 or $55? I actually have a very important reason to know this as it has to do with turning in business expenses. Thanks!

When we pay with Q & C ouchers...and order extra, our extra items have always been on a separate bill...not on the bill that is being paid for with the vouchers. Even one extra soda, has come on it's own bill. We have not ever gotten to keep the receipt from the food covered by the vouchers...so you prob wouldn't get a copy of the "actual" costs to turn in to your expense account. I guess you could turn in the cost of your vouchers

I have gotten receipts from the places as I order. The only place I ddin't get a receipt was Beaches and Cream. All they did is ask us to sign the vouchers, and that was it.

Although I am sure if you asked for it, they could give it to you, as they ring in the order.

and that was only one adult using one 11.25 voucher
the other two of us had prime rib dinners and our meal receipt is similar to the above example but total came to 34.08 ( again using one voucher each that cost us 11.25) the waiters and waitresses were very kind there explaining what we could use the vouchers for and if we didn't get enough the first time thru the line they told us what else we could get before taking ticket to check out.

We used Q&C, Breakfast and Vac. Kingdom Lunch vouchers, and for all but Q&C at Counter Service, we didn't get a receipt. In fact, after signing the vouchers and receiving all of our food, on several occasions we didn't see our server again. The first few times we asked the next CM we saw if we needed to wait, and they said no. So, I think your best bet will be to ask up front.

I got a receipt everytime I used my vouchers. It says the total amount then has the coupon code # and the total due says zero.

At Beaches and Cream you were able to get a receips? We were refused receipts. We also have not been able to get them at RF-AK.

Oh I didn't use them at Beaches and Cream. Everywhere else we used them I got them (counter service with the Q&C).

Using the meal vouchers for coronado springs or the beach club. how does one get there? do you have to be a guest? do you just have to have access to the 4 parks with a 4 day hopper pass? (which we have)

We just used the vouchers at the Coronado and it was very very easy! As a matter of fact that was the best food we found using the vouchers -- and the best value. Just drive up to the resort gate and tell the person there you are going in for lunch. He/she will direct you were to go. No problems, you don't have to be a guest or have park tickets to use then at the resorts.

Our bill without the vouchers (for two) would have been about $60!

Which park is Coronado close to as far as driving? WDW,Epcot,MGM,AK.
Is there anyway you could get there from the park without having to drive? Do you have to take a bus or is there some other way?
Did you have to pay for parking to eat at Coronado?
And lastly what was the procedure you have to do in order to use the Quick & casual vouchers?
Do you tell the waiter,host, you have these tickets?
Where did you eat at Coronado?

Coronado Springs is down the road towards Animal Kingdom, but might be just a bit closer to MGM, since Animal Kingdom is so far out.

All you have to do is catch one of the buses at one of the parks or Downtown Disney to Coronado Springs Resort and get off at the main building.

No charge for parking. Just tell the person at the security gate that you are going to have lunch or dinner at the Pepper Market.

This I don't know the answer to, as we are going to be using them for the first time this December. My guess is that you just tell the server that you are using these and they will know how they work.

"Where did you eat at Coronado?"

The Quick and Casual Vouchers are good at the Pepper Market, which is Coronado Springs version of a food court, although you have a waiter and are seated by a host/hostess.

since it was the first time we had ever used the vouchers we showed our waitress/waiter them when we first sat down, and every one of them were familar with them and very helpful with the questions we had about selections and using them.
