Ohana, preferably later in the evening, and ask for a window table or at least someplace out of the 'traffic flow'. Bonus points if you time it so that you are still there during Wishes; they dim the lights and pipe in the music.

I loves these 3 suggestions. Sanaa was the first that came to my mind. Turf Club is more quiet because of its location.

We love Turf Club. We went the first time just because we didn't feel like going anywhere and thought "What the heck. It's close." We really enjoyed it. It was quiet, great food, and really good service.
