Is there any way that Chase can track it for you and give you another card? We got the $200 chase Disney Visa offer awhile ago and I thought I put the Rewards card in a safe place but it's not there.

Just wondering if you had any luck getting a replacement.

yes, call them. They can deactivate the old one, and send you out a new one. Also....if you happen to lose it in the park, call right away, and they can replace it for you at downtown disney, or at town hall in the MK!

Thank you. I just called Disney Chase Visa and they said because my account was closed at least 2 years, the information is now purged and I cannot get a replacement rewards card :(

Can you reapply and get another $200 credit? I saw on their website the other day that they're offering that again.

Did you lose a "Rewards Redemption Card" or a $200 Disney Gift Card? Usually the sign-on offers are for a gift card. I don't believe the gift cards can be replaced if lost. The Rewards Redemption Card is what you get when you transfer your reward points to spend them. Those used to expire within 24 months (December of the year following when you requested the card), so it's possible if you lost a Rewards Redemption Card that was issued 2 years ago it had expired anyway (and unfortunately the funds expired with the card). The Redemption Cards no longer have expiration dates, but that's quite new. Sorry you lost whatever card you had... but it might make a difference in your request for a replacement if you are asking about the right thing. A somewhat recent gift card or a 2+ yr old Redemption Card would be considered very different things to Chase.
