hi all,
these streets will be open for emergency traffic only.all other vechiles will not be allowed on them.so plan ahead.i figure you all could use this,if you live or commute in nyc.hopefully this strike will never happen,if it does.well picture this, fire trucks,ambulances,police cars all sitting in grid lock,trying to get to emergencys.the average time it takes to get to a emergency scene is 4-6 minutes will be 15-20 minutes.the FDNY is terrified that response times will go thru the roof.
