If you like handing out extra glow sticks check out Dollar Tree

I was at the Dollar Tree the other day. I found tubes with 15 glow lights, the bracelets... I got 2 packs of them and don't even have a Disney trip planned! I know alot of people here like to hand out extra ones to kids so thought this is a good deal I wanted to pass on.

This was at the Dollar Tree on Okeechobee Blvd in West Palm Beach, Fl.

Just be careful with those. I bought them (Dollar Tree, too!) for DS18mo and DN5 for our last trip and while waiting in line for Pooh my DS managed to bite into his and had a glowing mouth for awhile!! Boy, did that freak me out!

We stocked up for our DL trip last November and DD loved wearing them each night. We had enough left over that I didn't even have to buy new ones for our WDW trip next week. At one time they also had a light stick that changed colors and had a wrist band to wear it. They also sell rain ponchos 2 for $1! Gotta love Dollar Tree!!

I saw those tubes but didn't get them because I wasn't sure if they had the connectors in them to make bracelets and necklaces. Anyone know if they are in there?

Yes, the connectors are in there. I bought a tube a while back for our upcoming trip... and had to break into them early when our power went out recently. Poor DS5 was having a breakdown over no power. They sure helped take his mind off from it. I wish now that I could find another tube. Will have to check at Dollar Tree again. They haven't had them the last few times I've been in there.

I went to my DT last night and got some glow necklaces and glow stick necklaces but didnt see the tubes of them.. Only 2 per pack.. I bought 4 different colors of the glowsticks and then the necklaces were tricolored.. I thought that was neat and bought 2 packs.. wish I saw the tubes though.. I might head back that way today just to recheck and make sure I didnt miss them..

Thanks for the info! I'll check my DT here too. I have been debating on buying them but if they are that cheap and easy to find then I will look into it!
