I have stayed there 2 times. It is newer and I think it would be hard to book a bad unit as the whole resort is designed so all the homes are close to the clubhouse/resort pool area. We had a private pool in both of our units but we used the resort pool and hot tubs so much I don't know if we needed the private pool, but this is because the resort pool was sooooooo close and walkable. Everything is stainless/granite and very upscale. I liked it very much and also they have trash pickup every day which I really liked so no bugs. I have always tried to book there in my recent trips.
