If you have ordered an inroom celebration...

were you able to make changes to what the package included? I was thinking about doing "Micky's Grand Welcome", but there are some things included in the package we don't need and some other things I would like to add since we have 2 boys - like 2 of some things. I really can't afford to do 2 grand welcomes, but I think we might have some fighting over items since there is only 1 in the package. Is there another way to make the grand welcome for 2 kids? Thanks!

Honestly, I would pick up the extra items at the park. They will add to the package, but they charge you for shopping.

When we ordered the Tinker Bell gift basket for my daughter the CM specifically asked how old she was. She said they tailor it to certain ages, and then she gee me a list of what would be in it.

When my husband ordered me the Mickey in-room celebration and basket he says there was no customizing - it was "Here's my money, give me the basket".

I wasn't able to sub items in a basket that I had ordered without a charge for them taking it apart, a charge for them to add what you want AND the charge for the actual item.

You can add things though, for the cost of the item plus a shopping fee. I had the traditional mouse ears added to our in-room celebration. It was my husband's first trip to Disney. Pics are in my signature.

do you know if they do in room celebrations in a good neighbor hotel?? I'd love to do one for my dd4!!

I did the birthday one in sept and was able to add extra things to the package. It was for both of my boys so we added double of somethings and mister bottles. They didn't charge me to shop as long as they carry the item. I assumed that to mean anything in the baskets or in room celebrations

In room celebrations are only available at the Disney Hotels.
