If You Have A Yahoo Account Read This!!!

I must called My Points...don't know about anyone else, but I havent been recieving emails from them....The "Try It-Get 5 Points" ...apparently, yahoo is sending My Point emails to Bulk. I took off my "SPAM Guard" and will see if that works!

Sounds like My Points is working with Yahoo to see what the problem is...So, if you are having a problem recieving these emails...try turning off your spam guard.

I will say that the gentleman that I spoke with was very patient and very kind-GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! (Isn't that what all of us look for!) VERY Happy with the program!

Thought I would pass that along-hope it explains any problems!

Thanks. I have Yahoo and every once in a while a few MyPoints emails show up in bulk. No rhyme or reason to it. Just have to be careful to look at Bulk mail--don't want to miss those "free" points.

I had this problem not long ago. All of a sudden I was not getting emails from Mypoints. After several weeks of trying to work it out thru emails from memberservices I just signed up for an email account with Excite. Finally I'm back to getting my 5 point emails and all the great offers that they can send out in the emails.

I was using go.com and didn't change a thing with my email account with them, but did have a problem for a week getting into my account. Maybe that did something. But it is very frustrating to stop getting emails all of a sudden like that. Hope you were able to fix your glitch with turning off spam guard.

It worked-as soon as I turned off my spam guard I was getting emails! *yeah*

All you have to do is search mail in yahoo. put my point under
Find messages that contain and under Look in check bulk.
