Sit-down: Yachtsman Steakhouse

CS: None of them! They're all the same and I can't eat fried food without feeling sick as a dog!

I respectfully disagree as we eat mostly CS and rarely have fried food. There is a lot of variety, especially at Epcot. The only park where it is difficult to find variety is the Studios.

TS-Breakfast at either Crystal Palace or Ohana
CS-Morocco in Epcot, although I'll endorse Sunshine Seasons if you're on that side of the park.
