Raglan Road
The Wave
Tusker House
Teppan Edo
California Grill
50s Prime Time Cafe
'Ohana
Jiko
Via Napoli
Le Cellier

(All lunch/dinner)

Which 3 would you get rid of? I don't care about price or dining plan credits but all other factors can play a part. We have never been to any of these places, so we have no pre-conceived notions about them either.

I would KEEP teppan edo, le cellier, ohanas, prime time.
I never ate there, but I heard bad reviews about Napoli.

we enjoyed both calf. grill and Jikos, but I don't know if you have children or not.

Personally, I would cut The Wave (it's fine, but I wasn't overly impressed), Teppan Edo (I enjoy Teppan Edo, but you can get as good or better Japanese food anywhere for less money), and I had a hard time picking a third one, but I would probably cut Tusker House over the others. Especially if you're going for lunch or dinner. I would never cut a TH breakfast:)

I would axe The Wave, Tusker House, and Raglan Road (or maybe keep Raglan Road and axe 50's Prime Time)

i would cut Teppan Edo while it's good i have been to many places that are alot better, 50s Prime Time Cafe the food and interaction are good but i think the other places serve better food.

Ohana, used to be great currently horrible, Tusker House unless it is breafast, Teppan Edo (same food can be found anywhere, last would be Jiko as we have never had a great experience there.

Teppan Edo and Ohana.

Tusker - breakfast can be fun with characters but the food and experience are better at your other choices for lunch and dinner.

Teppan Edo - I'll echo what others have said - we do teppenyaki style dining at home. TE isn't much different - good but not different.

Ohana - similar to Tusker - breakfast is better in my opinion with the characters.

'Ohana- The service has been awful our last 2 trips. The meats are over cooked. The noodles, dumplings and wings all taste like something out of the freezer section.

Le Cellier- You can get a more satisfying steak at Outback Steakhouse or some other steakhouse chain.

Teppan Edo- if you have a hibacci restaurant near you that you have been to or go to, drop TE. The show isn't as impressive and the food is probably not as good as the place you know. If you don't have a restaurant like this near you, keep TE for the experience.

Ragland Road or Via Napoli- RR we felt the food was a little overcooked but the bread pudding is awesome. VN I just haven't heard anything good about it yet.

I've only been to a couple of the restaurants on your list. I have to say that I hated 50's PrimeTime Cafe. The decor was really cute but the food was downright awful. We will not be returning there on our next trip.
We went to Le Cellier for lunch and I liked it a lot. So did my DH and our kids.

If it were my ADRs, I would definitely keep Le Cellier, Via Napoli, 'Ohana and California Grill. DH & I thought the menu at The Wave looked good, but had to cut it from our last trip because it didn't work out after we changed our dates, so I'd keep that as well.

So that leaves Tusker House, Teppan Edo, 50s Prime Time Cafe & Jiko. I think I'd keep Jiko since it is different, unless getting there is an issue or I didn't want to give up that much park time; in which case I'd keep 50s Prime Time. Then Tusker House and Teppan Edo get the axe too

Raglan Road, The Wave and Teppen Edo

Whatever you do, do not get rid of Ohana!! That is always the best meal of our trip!

I would dump

Raglan Road
Tusker House
Teppan Edo

Teppan Edo: You can get this anywhere
50s Prime Time: Menu doesn't appeal to me
Via Napoli: Pizza. Meh. I am a pizza snob and if it ain't NY pizza, I typically don't like it. These do look good for non-NY pizzas, but I can get woodfired pizzas at several places in DC.

It really depends on what you like and what you want to experience. That said, here are my thoughts.

Teppan Edo- definitely axe- hibachi food you can get anywhere- Epcot
Via Napoli (new, mixed review, but has brick oven pizza) or Le Cellier (Canadian, heavy, generally decent reviews)- keep one or the other, possibly both since at Epcot and should try one of the World Showcase restaurants

50s Prime Time Cafe- probably axe- campy and diner style food- heavy and hit or miss with food and service, if you are in DHS for the day, maybe counter service for day but that can be iffy there

Raglan Road- pub food, heavy but usually good although can be hit or miss, DTD location so if you are planning time there maybe good option

California Grill- at Contemporary on monorail, depending on where seated can be loud and chaotic, but food is excellent
The Wave- at Contemporary on Monorail, good food, service, and fairly decent atmosphere

Tusker House- African and American food, good quality and service, plus it is a buffet so you have more control over the amount of time you spend at the meal, AK
Jiko- great, great atmosphere- usually quiet and relaxing, food is usually great but some reports of spottiness, at AKL so transportation could be an issue depending on where you are staying

'Ohana- probably axe- can be fun for kids, spotty food quality and service, chaotic and loud, Polynesian on monorail

I've been to a lot of TS but from your list, only: California Grill, Ohana, Jiko & Le Cellier. I would keep Cali Grill, its my favorite in Disney and I never found it noisy - the food & service are excellent and ax Ohana (we didn't like it at all - the service was horrible and the food - meat was very dry and not good, that restaurant was hectic and I've done this type of restaurant before elsewhere). Jiko was very good and le cellier is okay.
We actually had Raglan Road for our list this trip but cancelled it for Wolfgang Pucks cafe (TS) when we are in DTD, the menu looked SO much better & we've been to all of his restaurants in Vegas & in AC and like them a lot.

I've done them all except Wave (so can't judge that one) and I'd axe

Teppen Edo
Tusker House
50's PTC

Thanks so much for your opinions, everyone! It's so hard to decide-- I live in a small town in Maine and we don't have hibachi or wood fired pizza-- everything is chains, chains, chains and that makes it harder to make up my mind.

I would drop Ohana, 50's PTC, and probably The Wave. I really enjoyed The Wave, but in terms of atmosphere, it doesn't feel "special" or "different" to me. I think both Ohana and 50's PTC are not all that great in terms of food. Not sure if you have kids or not, but these are both definitely more family oriented spots that I might try again if I had kids with me who had never been to Disney before.
