I'm cruising out of PC in January. I'll be flying in earlier than my family who is joining me. I'll get to the airport around noon and they won't get in until 10 pm. We're staying at the Hyatt at MCO. I was thinking I would drop off my bags and uber to WDW for the day but I'm trying to decide what to do. My favorite resorts are Beach Club and Wilderness Lodge. I also like DS and have only been there once. Maybe start at DS for lunch then go to one of the resorts? I thought about getting a ticket for Epcot even though it will only be about half a day but not sure. Any other suggestions?

We never tried the attractions at DS such as the balloon ride or water cars. You could also hotel hop. Depending on when you are there in January, Christmas decorations may still be up. One of the most relaxing things we did this year was ride the Skyway from each end point back to the middle. It gives a nice overhead view. I am not sure if all transportation is open to non-guests, so double-check that first. You could also consider one night at Disney instead of the Hilton which would give you free access to all. I think that qualifies you for the airport transportation instead of calling fir a car. We found the All Star for one night to be less expensive than many MCO hotels.
