I'm trying to plan where we're going to eat our 1 evening we're in Epcot. If you only had 1 evening in Epcot and 1 TS to spare, where would you eat? It will be me, DH and our 2 young boys who will be 2 and 4 when we go. I was thinking Coral Reef for the atmosphere, but I know there are much better places in Epcot. Thanks for your help!

You are correct in that there are probably better food options in Epcot, but you can't beat the atmosphere in the CR. My whole family loved watching the fish as we dined and there is not a bad seat in the house.

The only other place I think has better atmosphere is Mexico, but I have also heard mixed reviews on their food, plus my wife and kids are pretty picky eaters we go there for the ride, but eat elsewhere.

Biergarten. The food is awesome and the atmosphere is fun. and, it's not a restaurant that you're likely to frequent at home.

Le Chefs de France, followed by Biergarten! 2 My family won't miss each trip!

We really enjoyed Biergarten in September. The entertainment and the food were both excellent.

We'd go to Coral Reef. I was leary of Coral Reef based on reviews from the board. We loved it so much last trip that we quickly made a second reservation for it later on in our trip.

Our personal fave is LeCellier but with the age of your boys I would go to Coral Reef. We really enjoyed our meal there and the atmosphere is just so much fun esp. for little ones.

Your boys would love Coral Reef. We have been there twice before and always enjoyed our meals.

WE have always loved Le Cellier wouldn't miss it hoping to get ADR's for our next trip!

I would look at all the menus at allears.net and decide based on your family's taste in food.

For us, I will not go to WDW without eating at the Rose & Crown in the UK. If I don't get my scotch egg and fish and chips each trip I'm not a happy camper :)

Garden Grill in the Land pavilion...it's the rotating restaurant with characters. You can never go wrong with Farmer Mickey :goodvibes, you will also find there Pluto and Chip and Dale. You could probably find better meals for the adults, but your kids will find most of the restaurants boring with a few exceptions. Good luck deciding.

Le Cellier is now 2 DDP credits for dinner, so if you have only one credit to spend, it's not a choice.

Chefs de France...it's so good!
Coral Reef is just okay, it's more of a place you go for the atmosphere. The food has been very disappointing our last 2 times we ate there.
I've heard really great reviews of Tutto Italia, but we've not had the chance to try it yet.
Biergarten  Just gross IMO

My 1st choice would be Teppan Edo, 2nd choice Coral Reef. We ate at Teppan Edo for the first time on our trip last October, and now it is a definite must do. Yummy food and great entertainment, too. Our chef was great.

We always eat at Coral Reef, too. They have an amazing New York Strip (if you like steak) and the atmosphere is hard to beat.

I think Tutto Italia is a good choice for 1 TS, since it's very good but quite expensive.

Since I have taken 2 generations of small children to Disney. I would recommend either Coral Reef or the Garden Grill. Children need something to occupy their minds in restaurants. Both of these are great for that and have pretty good food.
