If I am only using 1 of my 3 fastpasses. Will I be able to book my "4th" at a different park later in the day? Or do I need to book and use or expire all 3 in order to get the 4th for the other park?

You can book them one at a time in any park. You will have to use the first one before you can book another one but you don't have to book 3 any more.

If it's the same as it was 3 months ago, you use the first 3 in the same park. Then book one FP at a time at any park for either of the last two.

You can book 1 FP for your 1st park. As soon as you tap the FP tapstile, you can immediately book 1 or 2 FPs for your 2nd park.

Alternately, after tapping your 1st FP, you can book 1 FP for Park #2 and 1 FP for Park #3. These updates are in the first posts of the FP Superthread.

No. The system allows you to book 1, 2, or 3. Choose only 1 and it gives you the ability to book your last 2 of your alottment in any park.

Could someone provide the link to the changes? I've gone to the "everything about fast passes" then it says "for current info click here" but that brought me to a Q and A that says you can book 3 in the same park.
