eat anywhere at Epcot/Boardwalk, including Swolphin, where would you eat?

We prefer a fancier dinner so our choices would be Flying Fish, Yachtsman Steakhouse and Il Mullino. We occasionally hit Dolphin Fountain (better burgers than B&C) and ESPN.

Shula's. If I could eat anywhere for free. I'd love to try Shula's. On our dime, Le Cellier.

We've eaten at all of these except Il Mulino. We LOVE bluzoo. Does Il Mulino stack up? We have had great experiences with Italian at La Luce.

IMHO, Il Mulino is the best Italian food on property. I will say that we have not eaten at La Luce so I can't make a comparison there.

I'm looking forward to trying Via Napoli, Trattoria, and Big River Grille on our summer trip.

I really like Shula's, but since there is a Shula's not far from where I live, I just can't seem to find a reason to visit the one at WDW. My list of favorites in the Epcot/Boardwalk area.

1. Flying Fish... Love, love love it. The Potato Wrapped Red-Snapper is great and the Banana Napoleon is one of my favorite desserts... I'm really disappointed Flying Fish will be closed much of this year.
2. Yachtsman Steakhouse... IMHO, simply blows away that other steakhouse in the Canadian Pavilion.
3. Blue Zoo... Love the decor, the service and the food is melt in your mouth good.
4. San Angel Inn... Call me crazy, but I really enjoy this place. Sure the tables are tight (but then so is Le Cellier), but while not 5 star cuisine it's still very enjoyable for my family.
5. Via Napoli... I hear all the raves about the pizza. I'm sure it's very good but I'm not doing pizza in Disney World, LOL... But the parmigiana's are very good and so is the service. It's a bit loud and roasted potatoes is IMO a rather odd side dish with parmigiana, but still a nice place to dine at.

*** Honorable Mention*** Ok, flame me... In spite of the mixed reviews it would be Coral Reef. I really do love the atmosphere of this place. The N.Y strip, IMO was better than LC, I have also enjoyed the salmon and the mahi mahi. What keeps this place from moving up higher on my list is that we have never been seated on time and it can be a bit loud... But then again, it is Disney.

We were thinking of trying Spice Road but we're always drawn to our tried and true faves like Flying Fish/bluzoo/Kimonos.

Definitely flying fish, but yachtsman is a very close second

I've eaten at almost every restaurant in the EP/Boardwalk area and bluezoo is our hands-down favorite (food and service are AMAZING!). Kimono's is second (if you like sushi). Il Mulino is third. (I haven't eaten at Shula's). The food at Swolphin is just far and above better than anything WDW has to offer IMHO.

If you wanted to go with a WDW restaurant, I would consider Flying Fish, Trattoria al Forno, Monsieur Paul or Via Napoli. But none of those hold a candle to Swolphin!

Love Kimono's sushi. I'm a twice a week out to dinner for sushi kind of guy back home. :goodvibes Spice Road is on my short list to visit. I'd go this upcoming June if it were not that I am traveling in a party of 8 this year.

Spice Road...very good. We walked in for a lunch during a downpour in Aug and it was awesome! We will be going back!

Oh, and for a way more casual place...we LOVE Beaches and Cream!!! It's one of our must do's now.

Lunch Chef's de France or Captain's Grille are the top choices with Big River &ESPN as backups.
For dinner it is Yachtman's . We had a couple of mediocre meals at Rose & Crown (which we had always enjoyed before) so that has dropped off our list and we weren't impressed by Tutto Italia. When it comes to in park TS meals we have had better experiences with lunch than dinner.

Bluezoo! The only meal that even comes close to being as good was Victoria & Albert's! I was reluctant to head to the Swolfin (haha, perfect!) over nearby signatures but it definitely blew Flying Fish out of the water for us. (Not to mention having all the fancy with significantly lower prices).

Spice Road Table was a surprise winner of our last trip (during XMas week but we just walked up and were seated for lunch right away). The hummus fries are insane, one of the best things I've eaten in Disney. We also loved that it was a lighter meal, we each ordered an appetizer (although our party of 4 ended up with 5 so I guess someone ordered two) and shared them around the table so we could all try a few things.
