I was going to audition with a friend of mine, but I met my husband a month after we planned it and by the time auditions rolled around I was pregnant with DS. Guess it wasn't meant to be.
I would love to be a candy maker on Main Street, but I don't know how I would feel about people staring at me through the glass windows, I'd have a hard time not making funny faces at them
My sister would definately love to be Mary Poppins, but she's wayyyy too short!!
My onstage dream job is to be a Main Street Vehicle Driver - you get to drive families up and down Main Street in the morning and set the stage for their day in the Happiest Place on Earth. And you get to toot on those cool horns and wave at people!
My backstage dream job would be in landscaping to work on topiaries, flower baskets, flower beds, etc. I enjoy gardening and I think Disneyland gardens are among the most beautiful I've seen. I would really appreciate learning Disney gardening techniques and design.
I would love to work at New Orleans Square, with the pirates and at the mansion, as well. Also at Circle D Ranch..... for I love animals, especially horses! I would also like to spend time working aboard the Jungle Cruise. And with Jose and his array of fine feathered and flora friends too!
Total dream Imagineer a job that requires dreams made real.
Would also like to be a Photopass Photographer.
Would even love to answer the phones at WDTC.
My husband wants to be a storm trooper at the Jedi Academy.
Sign me up for the candy or ice cream shop! Sampling the merchandise (for quality control purposes, of course ) is part of the job, right? Or, if I had the talent, drawing the art for the custom watches at the Emporium. I love watching them! Someday when I've got the $$$ I'm going to get one of those.
I actually have always thought it would be kinda fun to be one of the 'sweepers' that walk around in the white uniforms with their brooms and dustpans. Seems like a pretty low-pressure job. Get to walk around, maybe have people ask where the restrooms are or about show and parade times. I remember one particularly chatty sweeper guy talked to me and my dad for a good 15-20 minutes once while we were staking out a bench for the Electric Light Parade at DCA. I was a little worried that he might get himself in trouble for chatting for so long, but he didn't seem to be concerned.
