That is great that you were able to get pictures of the moment. I almost didn't post because mine can't match that. But mine would be my first trip to WDW as a kid. I remember the water slides at River Country and how much fun I thought that was.

All of a sudden this big opening show starts up! (I didn't know there was such a thing, even after all the research and planning). Seeing that train FULL of Disney characters come steaming in, with the music going in the background. I looked around at my family and couldn't have felt more blessed. It was fantastic, mesmerizing. I got teary eyed that moment, I admit.

In 2011 a CM was blowing bubbles for my kids to chase off the beaten path as we were taking a break. We were the only ones around when all of a sudden Peter Pan jumped in and started playing with them (3 and 1 at the time). We had so much fun as it was just us with Peter Pan as other CM's had blocked off the area.
My kids had so much fun but now they've become Peter Pan/Captain Hook fanatics thanks to Jake & the Neverland Pirates so at the time DD knew who he was but not to the extent that she does now. I would love for this to happen again!
