This trip I would like to get in a few more character meals and special things. The first trip, we did no character meals. We did no shows. We went and enjoyed ourselves immensely. It was a good thing because as first timers, we weren't overwhelmed. On our second trip, we made PS for Cinderella's breakfast. We loved that. That was the only character meal, though. For our third trip, I want to do more than just the parks. What would you suggest? I thought if everyone listed thier three favorites, that would show me what is most popular.

My favorite character meal is dinner at Liberty Tree Tavern. When we were there the characters were Goofy, Chip, Dale, and Pluto. I recommend eating at the earliest dinner seating (eat late breakfast or early lunch so you'll be hungry enough for the delicious food), because we had WONDERFUL character interaction at the early seating. Goofy kept "stealing" our bread basket and Pluto was lots of fun too. It's a neat treat to get such great character interaction as adults. :)

My favorite character meal is the Garden Grill at the Land in Epcot - Farmer Mickey, Chip 'n Dale - plus great family style food.

My favorite dinner show is the Hoop Dee Doo Review. Great slapstick comedy good for any age. The food is OK, but the show makes up for it.

My favorite resort meal is the Flying Fish at The Boardwalk. Fantastic food!

We really enjoy Cinderella's Castle for both breakfast and dinner. We've yet to have a bad experience.

After the castle I'd pick the Crystal Palace as our other favorite Character Meal. We had great luck w/ the characters and the food was excellent.

My pick for resort dining is Boma @ AKL. :)

We're going to try to eat mostly new places this next trip instead of hitting our favorites each time. :smooth:

Character dinner - Liberty Tree Tavern

Dinner buffet - Boma at the ALK

Character breakfast - Donalds at AK

Special night out - adult only - Victoria & Albert's

We absolutely love Cinderella's royal table but can't always get a PS for it. Our 2nd favorite is Chef Mickeys at CR. Not only are the characters all there, but the party atmosphere is alot of fun! The buffet offers a great aray of choices.

character breakfast: Chef Mickey's at the contemporary(lots of fun--foods pretty descent We also did a character lunch at Crystal Palace in the MK(Pooh & friends).

Parks: EPCOT-WS-Germany-Biergarten(buffet style with a fun show) pretty good bargain during lunch hours
MGM-Hollywood & Vine

Resort Dining: AKL-Boma(awesome selection/buffet)

1) Cinderella's CRT Breakfast... so cool to eat in the castle

2)Breakfasasaurus at AK

3) Crystal Palace with Pooh

>>^..^<<

3 favorite...tough to pick...

1.) 1900 Park Fare at GF - nothing tops the vanilla sauce that they have for their bread pudding for desert.

2.) Cape May Cafe for breakfast at Beach Club - It rare that I need to each lunch or dinner after eating breakfast there. :teeth:

3.) Chef Mickey's - as another poster said, food is pretty good bud id does have a great party atmosphere.

if you want only character meals meals my 3 would be

Donald's Breakfast o surus
Hollywood and vine (lunch)
Crystal Palace (breakfast or lunch)

3 non character meals

Boma
Biergarten
'Ohanas

1) Chef Mickey's at breakfast an absolute must.....
2) Dinner at Liberty Tree Tavern an absolute must...
3) Hoop Dee Doo highly recommended...!

Character Meal- Chef Mickeys or Cindys

Resort- Kona Cafe

Dinner Show- Hoop De Doo

This can help you decide which places to eat.

Cinderellas Royal Table is great because you get to meet a lot of the princesses and go up into the castle which is magical on its own.

Crystal Palce is a fairly decent meal where you can meet Winnie the Pooh and his friends from Hundred Acre Wood.

Chef Mickeys is also decent food and you can enjoy the antics of The big cheese himself, as well as his closest friends.

I try to book character meals that allow us to meet the greatest variety of characters.

For character meal we enjoyed Chef Mickey, both breakfast and dinner. We also loved Cape May Clam Bake, O'Hana's and Prime Time 50's Cafe.

Character Meal: 1900 Park Faire, breakfast

Dinner Buffet: Cape May Cafe

Lunch: 50's Prime Time Cafe

Bon Apetit!!!

Character meals:
1. breakfast at Crystal Palace.
2. lunch at Hollywood & Vine
3. breakfast at Donald's Breakfastosaurus

Resort Meal:
1. Boma
2. Beaches & Cream
3. ? (we rarely eat outside of the parks)

I haven't done them ALL, but I'd have to say our top three would be:

Cinderella's breakfast at the castle.
STorybook princess breakfast at Norway @ Epcot
Garden Grill ice cream social @Epcot

I think the character meal at 1900 Park Fare (hope I got that right) will be great for my kids too... different characters! They get kind of tired of seeing the same ones over and over (MIckey, Goofy, Chip and Dale)

Oh wait- I have to say breakfastosaurus was great too. And it's the only one with Donald Duck! So it's hard to say just 3... but since you have done Cinderella's castle already- my 3 besides that would be Breakfastosaurus, Storybook princess breakfast and Ice cream social at Garden Grill. :)

Hey! My favorites were the folowing:

1. Liberty Tree Tavern - Magic Kingdom - In my experiance, the food was great and the characters were adorable too! They were dressed in old fassion dresses and suits! But also hard to get a seat without a reservation, but fortunetly we did get through.

2. Hollywood & Vine - MGM - This is by far my favorite character resturant! Here the characters were dressed up as Hollywood stars and were always dancing around. Plus! Every half hour all the characters come out and do a special preformance!(Would tell more but it should be a surprise!) The food is great! It is a buffet and the resturant does Breakfast and Lunch!

3. Donalds Breakfastosaurous - Animal Kingdom - This resturant does Breakfast only(Obviosly!).This is also a Buffet. The characters are dressed up like they are on a dinosaur expidition! The food is phenomonal!
