Personally, I'd choose Narcoossee's over the other choices. The CG is, IMO, rather over-priced and lives on its reputation for 2 things: sushi and a view. Citricos is good food well prepared, but it's really rather a bland room. Narcoossee's is also the only place that serves whole Maine lobster, and their almond crusted cheesecake.
Have you considered The Wave on the first floor of the Contemporary? It's not considered a signature, likely due to the fact that it has no view whatsoever. What it does have is an excellent filet (tenderloin of beef) in a port wine reduction that's $34 instead of $49 at the other locations. The Caesar salad I ordered as an appetizer was almost a whole meal! My wife had the Cioppino ($32), which surprisingly did not have a carb (rice, pasta), but was quite filling nonetheless. Their desserts are good, but they're served in a square glass bowl instead of plated as you'd find at Narcoossee's or CG or Citricos. Wanted to add one additional thing: when my wife and I dined there the last time, she mentioned to our waitress (Brie) that the mussels were really, really small compared to the ones at Narcoosses, which she said were 3 times larger (shells were about the same size, and both were described as PEI mussels). The actual manager of the restaurant came out to speak to her, gave us a lavish chocolate dessert (which wasn't even on the menu) for free, and stated that he was going to instruct his head chef to investigate why they were getting the smaller mussels instead of the big ones Narcoossee's is getting. Now THAT is service!
