We are going down for a week and dont really have any "must eat" restaurants on our list... If you had to pick one which would be your "must eat" Also let me add this is for Mom (49) Dad (51) Daughter (26) Boyfriend (26) And we are a fun loving group that likes to have fun... Mom and daughter are kinda picky eaters but dad and bf like anything... I kinda like the idea of 50's Prime Time at MGM , this is kinda what I am looking for.. Something fun..... And nothing to pricey... Thanks for the info...

50's is a great place for fun... and if your "picky eaters like "comfort foods" that's the place to go!!!
O'Hana's for breakfast OR Dinner is also a fun place to go. The characters at breakfast have dance they do around the restaurant with the kids (but I get up and dance too!!! :) ) At dinner, they have hula hoop contest and coconut races for the kids but I'm sure everyone would have fun there.

Our favorite resaurant is Primetime at MGM. Plaza restaurant at MK is also good.

Fun for everyone and good food.

i would say Brown Derby as i loved the juxtaposition of elegance in a theme park :goodvibes and our food was great but it is pricey

so second best IMO is wcc. we loved it ( breakfast food better IMO but the plated dinner meals were good, just didn't care for the dinner skillet) and it's fun and so disney-ish

we also like trail's end, good food, good price just not a lot going on which sometimes if nice if you are all "parked out"

forgot about beirgarten, that is good for abuffet and has a music/guess it's polka dancing show if yu like that sort of thing

My first thought was California Grill to watch Wishes, but that's definitely pricey. So my second thought is Crystal Palace -- lunch with Pooh and friends. It's such a nice restful break in the middle of a hot day touring the Magic Kingdom.

I love Le Cellier, the steak was the best I have ever eaten, and I was raised on a farm where we killed our own beef.

For character interaction, I think my favorite would be Donald's in the AK.

In the parks I would go with PT50 at MGM or Crystal Palace for Lunch. At the resorts I would pick Whispering Canyon at WL, Ohana at Poly or Chef Mickey's.

Kinda tough to pick just one spot to eat. There are so many good choices at WDW, and I've eaten at many of them over the years. A couple of my favorties are the House of Blues, and the San Angel Inn.

Enjoy.

Ooh... very hard to pick just one!

If I were picking just one, it would probably be one of the following:

1. Liberty Tree Tavern in the MK - food is served family-style, comfortable seating, & the characters are traditional - very family-friendly & fun place.

2. 'Ohana at the Poly - especially for the view of the castle

I'd probably go w/ 'Ohana - family-friendly, good food, & the setting/atmosphere is wonderful

I see no one has mentioned Teppanyaki ... it's our favorite in EPCOT ... we rarely miss going there! Always end up next to really nice folk too! :-)

For "fun" you can't beat Chef Mickey's. The food's pretty good and the atmosphere is pure Disney. If I was going to do one restaurant, this would be it.

Chef Mickeys...the atmosphere is great and the breakfast is awesome!!!

Again not just picking one:

Chef Mickey at Contemporary

Whispering Canyon at WL

50's Prime Time at MGM

Whispering Canyon at the WL is a lot of fun.

O'Hana's at the Poly has great food.

Yachtsman Steakhouse at the Yacht Club has great steaks - we like it better than LeCellier.

Good luck choosing.

For fun: Whispering Canyon or 50's PT

For good food: Le Cellier or Boma

For something in the middle: CP or 'Ohana(w/ Fireworks)

If uou have the time, I would highly recommend that you go to Whispering Canyon at the Wilderness Lodge. The entertainment is great and so it the food.. It's a little pricey though...but I think its worth it!!
