When would you go to DL in 2008, and why?

Things to know:
We dont like crowds.
We dont like temps crazy hot.
We like deal$ ;) but the crowd thing is way more important than the $.

Thanks!

We have been late April and loved it, decent weather, low crowds, that was 2 years ago, just went December 11-16 and loved it. Cooler, small crowds during the week and good deals.....

We choose **early** March.
**The reason I say early is to avoid all the Spring Break Madness.
**Tax returns are done and already deposited
**Refurb schedule has not been too bad, maybe we've gotten lucky
**We've found really good deals on the room and airfare two years in a row
**Weather is not too hot and has been comfortable. Rain can happen yes, but rain means lower park attendance ;)

We have to do mid June or mid to late August. Most colleges and schools are out up here. We love the weather and no one can skip school. Wish we could go other times but does not work for everyone.

First couple weeks of May or first week of June (avoid Grad Nights tho).

Best time for low refurbs, low crowds, great weather.

i liked last week of november. no crouds and nice weatehr except one day when it rained. But try late september or early oct befor gay days (3-5)(note(rates 1-10oct gayday rate is really good deals. 189 i think for standered room at dlh)
if you can, or right after and probley miss the crouds and weather shouldent be to bad

I went Christmas of 2006 and loved it so much going back Christmas week of 2008. Yes it was crowded and I am not one to like crowds but it was a FUNtastic time:cool1:

Early Feb. or Late Feb/Early March because of the current promo going on. Buy a 3, 4, or 5 day park hopper and get 2 days free. This also works on packages. Buy a 3, 4, or 5 day package and get 2 days of a package free.

This promo is only going on until late April.

I would say early May. That way Spring Break is over. The weather is nice, but not too hot, and it's before the summer crowds! That would be a perfect time to go!

We went this past December, 12-16 and thought the timing was absolutely perfect. The crowds were incredibly light. We either walked on most rides or waited 5 minutes. A few were 20 min max. Plus, it's all decorated for the holidays. Also, since it's before the Christmas rush, the prices and availablity for hotels and airfares were very reasonable. The week before this would be great too, but I'd avoid anytime after it. The day we left (weekend) the crowds were 10 times heavier.
