Which would it be?

I was supposed to leave out of VA for WDW on Saturday morning but Hanna scared me into changing my flight! :scared1:

I'm now leaving tomorrow night (AHH!!! about 24 hours until I'm in Florida!) and my mom is still meeting me on Saturday (flying in from another state).

I will have Saturday morning all to myself and have never done a park alone. Since we'll be there 8 full days anyway, I don't feel pressured to do rides without her so I wanted to spend the morning walking around taking pics with my NEW dSLR!

Which park would you choose and why?

Animal Kingdom. Not a question. There is so much detail and animals and stuff. I love it.

I picked Epcot but Animal Kingdom has a lot to offer as well. Lots of interesting details in both parks when you can take yout time and look around. Epcot is open late and a great place to shoot around dusk- plus it has fireworks every night. ;)

I hide to side with Epcot also, just because of the HUGE variety in photo ops. When you have the geometrical Spaceship Earth and the futuristic surroundings mixed with ALLLL of the different countries, it just gives you a jungle of possibilities. :thumbsup2

It's got to be MK for me... it's just got the real emotional connection for me from my time growing up visiting WDW. It's always the first and usually the last park we visit and I'm sure it'll always be my favorite.

It also has a wide variety of subject matter, more so than others except maybe Epcot's World Showcase. Each land is a new environment, more so than the lands at Studios and AK.

Each park has its own unique areas for photographs, but to me, Magic Kingdom is the one park that lights my daughter's faces up.
And capturing a photo then is worth the world.

I had to vote MK because there are so many rides and things to there on a regular visit day that you never get to slow down and just take pictures. A day at Epcot is usually a more leisurely stroll and you can always stop to take pictures.

For me, Epcot. In my BC years (before children), I used to travel quite a bit. But now, I rarely have that opportunity. So, Epcot gives me a taste of the international travel I used to enjoy - and will again someday.

Magic Kingdom.
It's the park that many people call "Disney".

If I were out at the parks alone, then Epcot. There are just so many different things to take. Next would be Animal Kingdom and hit the safari ride to hopefully get a good seat.

I picked Studios because I have so many photos of MK already, and there is a wide variety of neat things to photograph there-

The Chinese Theater
The Hat
Tower of Terror
AT-AT Walker at Star Tours

are some of my favourite 'weenies' that make great photos.

I chose Animal Kingdom because of the animals, the scenery and all of the theming throughout this park.

BUT I also thought about MK. It's probably a tie for two totally different reasons.

I think the colors and signage in Animal Kingdom make it the winner for me.... there are so many hidden spots and great"scenic" shots that I could definitely spend a whole day there just to take pictures.

Have fun!!:cool1:

Thanks for all the responses to the poll! MK was winning when I left last Friday (and looks like it still is!) so I went there. I spent 3 hours photographing before my mom arrrived and it was so worth it. An absolutely gorgeous day and not all that crowded either! In about a day I filled an entire 2 GB card. Ah!

I'll have to post some of my pics one I upload them (I just got back tonight at 9pm!).

:thumbsup2

This is my opinion as well... I gave Epcot a slight edge over AK but have gotten some really great shots from both.
