I loved the dining at Flying Fish!!! The boardwalk area is very nice at night for a "date night". Narcooses was good but not that memorable.

I would choose Cal Grill, Narcoossee's, Flying Fish, and Jiko or Artist's Pointe. I will forewarn you the food at CRT is garbage- worst of the trip next to Chef Mickey's. You are "paying" to eat in the castle.

we haven't tried California Grill and Yatchsman Steakhouse (we will be trying in our December trip). We have gone to CRT (like the breakfast) and Flying Fish (but a fews years ago so I didn't put it on the list). The one on the list we have eaten the past 2years. Narcoossee's we ate 4x w/i 2years.

We've only had lunch at the Brown Derby and are looking forward to Artist's Point in October and Citrico's in December.
After that I have a feeling that our preferences will change.

Limiting the selection to only those on the dining plan (since my top 4 choices would be non dining plan places), I would put the signatures in this order:

Flying Fish, Citricos, Jiko, CG, Brown Derby, Artist Point, Yachtsman, Narcooses, CRT.

FF, Citricos and Jiko have been decent on every visit. The others have been hit and miss. CRT's food is a consistent miss.
