If you could live in any other state...

You know, as much as I am HATING the rain and gray right now, I really like Oregon. Spent most of my life in CA and it just got TOO crowded. Spent a summer in Hawaii, and have vacationed there two other times- LOVED it, but wouldn't want to live there. Island fever would get me! Florida-----LOVE LOVE LOVE Disney World---HATE HATE HATE the humidity and, well, coming from someone who has always been around the mountains, it is FLAT!

Anywhere closer to Florida then Texas will do nicely. I actually don't mind Texas at times but I would love to be closer to ::MickeyMo.

What's that spell? A wish to move, <a href='http://www.smileycentral.com/?partner=ZSzeb008' target='_blank'><img src='http://smileys.smileycentral.com/cat/4/4_9_9.gif' border=0></a>but I know it will be a very very long time from now. Probably when I am retired and live in West Palm Beach!<a href='http://www.smileycentral.com/?partner=ZSzeb008' target='_blank'><img src='http://smileys.smileycentral.com/cat/15/15_2_120.gif' border=0></a>

If I HAVE to leave Texas :faint: ,I would love to live in California if money is no object or Arkansas if money is. Colorado looks nice too but I don't know enough about the place to be sure.

Florida::MickeyMo ::MinnieMo !!!!!!!!!!! That way I can go to Disney World when ever I want! I would also be able to say I live next door to Mickey Mouse::MickeyMo( can't get much better than that)! And if I did live there, I would be able to meet and hang out with my new buddy- Princess Michelle(from the DISboards)!

Florida for sure, but if not there then NC

If I'm still in my (have to stay in the NE) state of mind.....

Maine or Vermont

If I was to tired of the snow & cold............

Virginia

and theres always been something about Montana that has intrigued me?????

Ok, here what stinks for me. I love where I live now. I love the DC area..so much to do, see, all of my family is here and we are very close. The problem..it is soooo expensive that I can't live here.

So my next choices are NC and GA. I am definately an East Coast Girl and if I have to move, I am going to a warmer area (although, not much coice there either since the northern eastern states are just as expensive as DC!)

There is only one place for me... Boston! So I guess that puts me in Mass. Though I hope to be able to visit Hawaii often.::yes:: (I know several people who have lived there and they say don't even consider it. Now, I'm talking people who would be wealthy by anyone's standards. They say it is ok if you want to live like a bum, but to earn a comfortable living there is tough.) I need the hustle bustle, but not like NYC or LA. Same idea, only, I like being able to enjoy the whole city, not just be confined to certain neighborhoods. Some day, I'll get my DD into Harvard, DS into MIT and DH into Draper. (oops! DD, standing right here, said "I don't want to go to Harvard. I want to go to Meeeechigan!" )
:jumping3: :cool1: :jumping3: :cool1: :jumping3: Thats cool! I love Ann Arbor, too! :p

Keep the Faith!
Tracy

DH is trying to get to TAMPA...oh keep your fingers crossed. We live in Missouri and do not want to stay.

I really want a change.

I love the ocean, but I also love cool crisp weather and a distinct change of seasons. So put me somewhere in New England! Either that or the exact opposite--Carmel, California, one of the prettiest towns I've ever seen (Clint Eastwood was the mayor)!

I really love where I live (Marietta is a suburb of Atlanta, just north of the city). I like the weather, the people, and all the trees.

If I had to live somewhere else, I would choose either Washington, DC, or the coast of North Carolina. I have vacationed both of these places numerous times, and I really love them.

I actually wouldn't want to live in Florida. It's just too hot for my taste, and I like the fact that WDW is a vacation destination for me, not so close that I could go every weekend. :sunny:

Well, let's see....I love Minnesota in the spring and fall and most of the summer. I even like some of the winter, but NOT this year!!! I lvoe to visit WDW, but I could never live in Florida! I would like the mountains, but they are cold too! I don't care for California, so I guess I would have to say Hawaii would be great most of the time. It is kind of one climate all year round there, and rarely gets HOT! I guess that could get a bit boring though too!LOL! I guess I'll settle for staying put in Minnesota and spend my winters those other places!

I definately want to move to Flordia. Right now, it feels like 10 degrees outside, and I am freezing my butt off. After my recent trip to WDW, me and my boyfriend and SERIOUSLY considering a move to Florida once we get married! I love Philadelphia, but just can't stand the cold weather!

I always said that I would retire to Monterey California but I have a feeling that I am not going to want to return from Hawaii when I go there.

My dream home would be in Jupiter, Florida. It's just a gorgeous area.
My 2nd choice would be Brunswick, Georgia area.

Toss up between northern New Mexico and southwestern Colorado for me.
