What chore would it be? I'm talking one smallish thing that it would be great to have a little elf to come in and do instead you having to do it.
While my first inclination is to say clean the toilet- I am going with

FOLDING THE LAUNDRY AND PUTTING IT AWAY!
I can gather it, sort it, wash it, dry it, and then it always ends up in laundry basket limbo until I can get to the folding.
:laundy:

Vacuuming. Between the kids and the dog, sometimes it feels like that's all I do.

either dusting the baseboards (esp. in the bathrooms where between the humidity and fallout from hairspray the dust superglues itself) or cleaning the grout in my kitchen/entry hall tile (i treated myself to this one year-it was fan freaking tastic).

Washing the kitchen floor. I'd scrub 1000 toilets instead of doing it if I could.

Bathroom. Was thinking this same thought last night as I was cleaning my bathroom.

Kid's rooms!

You have little elves to do that, they are called kids :lmao:

I don't really have one that I wish I had a fairy for but if I had to pick one I'd have to say gardening and weeding. I hate having to do that stuff.

scrubbing out the showers and tub. I always hate doing that. No particular reason why--I just do.

Definitely cleaning the bathrooms!

For me it would be dusting. That's the household chore I hate doing the most, and it needs to be done so danged often.

I don't mind vacuuming, laundry, even scrubbing toilets. But dusting would be wonderful to have a little elf come in and do for me a couple times a week. :)

i thought of another-getting my kids out of bed and out the door for school.

i would gladly provide a decent salary along with the requisite cattle prod.

Mine is exactly the same. Folding and putting away laundry. Lately I've gotten to the folding part but man.....putting it away. UGH.

I'm also getting increasingly sick of loading and unloading the diswasher.

I actually did hire the neighbor girl (she's 10) to scoop and change the cat box. Best $5 a week I spend!
