I would like to see a Tim Hortons whether it's at Downtown Disney or in the Canadian Paviliion in Epcot for some decent coffee

The restaurants in WDW are places you can't experience any other time! The "chains" will always be there. So, like many others said, no chains. (BTW, goin in 1 mo. can't wait!!!)

Its funny, because I was going to put at the bottom of my post: Though I probably wouldn't go to a chain inside Disney....

Because I too agree that if your in one of the parks, who wants to go to a chain!
But like others have said, DTD is different. I agree with PF Changs and Starbucks - I'd DIE for a Starbucks inside DTD! And I also stick with my original of Cheesecake Factory... Though I think I can blame many pounds gained on that place and their Belligio Chicken!!!!!

It might be fun to have a Melting Pot at Downtown Disney.

And I would take good coffee ANYWHERE on Disney property.
