I just called to cancel a dining reservation and the CM went thru my whole entire, package with me, what where I was staying and explaining the cancellation policy with me.. I was a tad confused as why she was doing this, but I went with it, she told me all about my reservations, when I book, that is was paid in full... and then she said OK I will go ahead and cancel that reservation for you... I said WAIT a min. did I not call dining, she said yes you did. I said well why are you reading this all to me.. I just wanted to cancel a dining reservation.. she said OMG i am so sorry, I wasn't paying attenion when you said dining, this is my fault... I am so sorry... she then cancelled the dining reservation, I asked her 3 times to be sure she did not cancel my resort reservation... Holy moly... she assured me she didn't...
i knew alot more questions were being asked lately for cancellations, so I went along and listened to her and answered all her questions...but never thought she was looking at cancelling my resort...
OK, calling back o make sure it is still there...
