I received 2 and I have many of my friends who received a pin recently.

It is the pin for the free quick dining plan.

Hi, we've been lucky to get different pin codes over the last 3 to 4 years. I have always used them to book our trips, maybe that's why they keep coming. I only have one email account so I'm not sure why I'm one of the people picked, but I'm difinately not going to complain.

We have received 6 pin codes alone this year. Still waiting for one dated after Aug.14\10. We do have the 20\30\40 to fall back on if needed.

I've gotten a few pins, I keep them because I was so excited the first time it happened! This year (lately) I've received two, and actually got to use both. The free QSDP I am using towards a stay at All Star Movies and the 20/30/40 percent off pin I am using towards three nights at the Grand Floridian!

I feel your frustration, as I have been 2x and on these boards for 2 year!!

But, last week I got 2 PINS in one day - and they were the very first ones I ever got!! (Free QSD and 20/30/40)

Of course, we are not going this year, so they are useless, but I tried (oh boy did I try, I crunched the numbers over and over again, but it is not going to happen). We promised DD we would go to Hawaii and she and DH have their heart set on it. So, Hawaii it is, but Mickey will always have my heart.....

From what I can tell from reading the DIS Boards, we Canadians receive PINs with some frequency, but it appears that those in Britain do not receive PINs. (I am guessing this may have something to do with different travel patterns to WDW -- the British tend to make extended trips, and spend a lot of money while there. In comparison it appears that the "typical" Canadian visiting WDW makes a shorter trip, and spends less than a British tourist).
DH has received 3 or 4 PINs since late fall. The last one was for free QSDP.

I've received 2 Pin codes in the last year. The 20/30/40 is the latest and we are using it for our trip to disney.
We booked our trip for this September, last November and then received the Pin code within a week of booking - weird....Needless to say keep trying.

I've been receiving PINs for about a year now. Booked 20/30/40 with 40% off at AKL for this coming August. Also received free QSD but only good until Aug. 14/10. Holding out for FDP. I have stayed on site before and regularly price and save vacations on the WDW website. I also get the planning video every year. Good Luck to all fellow Canadians hoping to get a PIN!

We've been getting a 40% off PIN at least once a year since 2006.

The first one we got, we didn't use ... and then ended up going during a week in December that the PIN had applied too.

Well, lesson learned. Now when we get a PIN that fits our typical travel plans, we book a trip! Better to cancel prior to 45 days than to miss out on 40% off (Not that we've cancelled any trips - Disney, you've got on hook line and sinker.)

We're using a 40% code at BLT this summer (we got multiple versions of that one) and we've also received a few versions of the Free QSDP at the Values one.

We got ours in Jan or Feb. It was the 20/30/40 offer. I've used it to book a trip in November.
