If weightloss is your primary goal which order?

I use to know this but can't remember.

If your primary goal is weightloss and you are doing weights and cardio. Which do you do first????

I remember reading a article here on it ages and ages ago but can't find it now.

The advice usually goes that whichever you think is most important is what you do first. If you're more interested in burning a lot of calories and/or cardiovascular health, you do cardio first. If you're more interested in building muscle and/or toning, then you do weights first. The theory is that you'll be more tired and therefore won't perform as well at whichever you choose to do last.
