You make your own ADR's online or via phone. After they are made, you can access your disney account and verify them and print them out. Take the printout with you on your vacation.

Some TAs will do it for you, but question will be if they will get it done on a timely basis for you (i.e., are they a Disney expert that knows you have to be on the phone/computer at 6:00 a.m. eastern?)

If you want to do your own, you will have to get your reservation confirmation number from your TA...cannot make the 90+10 reservations without it.
