If want to splitt points between 2 resorts, is it one contract or 2 ??

We would like to get 240 points between BLT and AKV , I wonder if anybody knows if that would be two different contracts or one. We are getting the same UY. Maybe a silly question, sorry! We were already approved for the loan by Disney

It's one membership but will have two contracts. Each resort must have its own.

Also think about smaller contracts maybe 4 60point contracts, the smaller the easier to sell if you ever need to, also think about if you have children and you want to give it to them someday you don't want to have 2 conracts and 3 kids. Best of wishes to you, I can't wait to buy.

So as far as all the paper work with Disney is it only one time?
We were already cleared for the loan with Disney, do we have to pay anymore then the difference of also buying points from BLT then only from AKV which are higher?

There will be two different sets of paperwork (or however many contracts you decide to split it into) but it can all be done at one time. I cannot tell you how the loan's will work but I believe they will only charge you the one closing cost and the second contract will technically be an add-on so no additional closing costs. Also, AKV points should be less than BLT and DVC will most likely (not guaranteed) give you the discount level on each contract that equates to your full point purchase. ie, you should get the equivalent 240 point discount amount on both the BLT and AKV contracts even though neither of those alone are over 200.

yes, I spoke to our agent today, and we would get the discount on 240 for each resort, as that is total that we are purchasing.
