I had my daughter, 7, get the mail for me today and my planning dvd was in there. She's seen the commercials with them on there so she asked if we could watch the Disney movie right now! I've been waiting for it for a while so I said sure.
They don't know we are planning a trip, just that sometime we will get there. I didn't think they would get into the video but boy did they. It surprised me that they only got bored during the Animal Kingdom portion.
They really really really want to go during Halloween because it would be sooooooo cool. Little do they know, I'm planning to go to MNSSHP when we are there next October. My 3 year old said, "mom, I saw REAL pumpkins with big pumpkin heads!" SHe was so excited. They even sat through all the resorts with me. I am plannig on Pop and that's the one they liked best. I'm sure it's just because of the bright colors, cool looking pools, and characters and toys that they know about but it's neat that they liked the same one I do.
So, even though they don't know we are going they will think they helped me plan it and we are doing what they want since they liked these things I"ve already planned on doing.
Just thought it was kinda cute.
