If the pool was a nonfactor, which resort would would be your fave?

It seems that alot of people rate their faves by the best pool.....My husband and I dont even visit the pool when on vacation, so Im just curious what everyone's favorite resort would be if all pools were equal =)

I would have to say AKL for the themeing and animal factor but only if I could stay Club Level. If non club level I would have to say Boardwalk Inn for the location and view of the boarkwalk from the balcony. I love the hustle and bustle of the boarkwalk in the morning and night time.

If the pool didn't matter I'd pick BWI, it's so lively and fun and seems like you'd have a great time there even without a pool. However, I don't know how people can go on vacation and not visit the pool it's one of my favorite things to do late at night after a long day (even if just for a little while).

It's still BCV, especially during food & wine. I can walk all over the place from there.

AKL concierge is Fantastic! But unless I'm going to use DVC points I can't afford staying there much anymore.

The BW, either the villas or Inn, doesn't matter.

DH and I love it for the nightlife after the parks close.

I don't use the pools much either. I think my favorite would be WL, with BCV coming in a close second.

I don't pick my hotel based on the pool.

Because of location I love the Swan

My 2 favorites are the Poly and FW, and I rarely if ever use the pool at either

AKL -- even IF the pool is a factor. It's just so unique.

I would go with AKL only because I haven't stayed there yet. My favorite is WLV's though.

My favorite resort is AKL. Now, we do love the pool, but that isn't why it's our favorite. The theming, the staff, the animals, the cool dark interiors, the activities, the restaurants, the wonderful bus service....I could go on and on. AKL is "home" for us.
