Are we living the same life? :rotfl2: Nate Major will pull through, I have no doubt. He's great with the gift giving! :thumbsup2
He does give good gifts! I'll give him credit for that!;)

On my itouch, he logged in Orlando's weather next to ours. So, I can always see what it's doing at Disney.:rotfl: It's currently 80 there. And will be 92 and sunny tomorrow! That's what we can expect next May!

 You are so sweet to her!
She doesn't always think so.....

popcorn:: Gimme the details!! Do you need help deciding? :flower3:
I'll let you know as soon as I figure them out.:thumbsup2 I asked Nate, but he doesn't care.

just me passing thru saying hey....

What are your choices?

:cool1: That's neat on both counts. First Communion- Catholic?
No Church of England!

:sad1: Not a clue. I'd say puberty but he's waaaaay past that. I say a mid-life crisis but that was 2 years ago. :rotfl2:
:rotfl2:

My sitter took the kids to get their photos done and yesterday they decorated the frames for me for Mother's Day. :goodvibes
Awww they sound sweet :goodvibes

Jo- congratulations to the girls on their First Communion & Ellie on her award!:goodvibes
Thanks :)

:cool1: How cool!!!!!

My Mother's Day is taking a slightly different turn. :upsidedow 2 out of 3 woke up with fevers so Hebrew school and the picnic are out. Looks like I'll be grilling burgers and then we'll be chilling. All 3 went back to sleep so I guess I should count this quiet time as a gift. :cloud9:

Awwww, poor things! I hope they feel better!:grouphug: Yes, quiet time is the best gift of all.

My mother's day has started off pretty crappy. I made plans to take the kids over to go fishing at the lake with my mother and have a picnic. When I told Nate what we are doing, he got his panties all in a bunch because he wanted to go for a drive somewhere & have a picnic. If you have plans, could you please share them with me before I make plans of my own? Is that so hard? So now he's mad at me. MEN!!!!! Sometimes I just want to give them a good butt kicking!

But I digress........

 Happy Mother's Day Jenna!!! I so understand the emotional aspect of being a lesbian! :rotfl2: :lmao: :rotfl:

So are you going to take the drive and picnic with your mutha? Poor Nate must be in pain with his panties in a twist!

:rotfl2: :rotfl: Me too!!

No, her house is on the lake so we just have to drive down the road to go there. She wouldn't be going on a drive with us. I figure we could go there, have lunch, kids could go fishing for an hour, then we leave & do our own thing. Everybody's happy.

He might be in pain, but at least he's wearing them today! Ha ha!;) :rotfl2:

It's the girls First Communion tomorrow, also Ellie receives her Deanery Award (singing medal) then the Church throws a little party afterwards :goodvibes

Far far too much, we're going with BA and return flights are costing for the 4 of us £2,700 ($5,400) :faint: VA were about £200 more than that. Your schools finish early, we don't finish here till about 25th July!

Was your girls First Communion like the ones they have in the Catholic church ie mini brides gowns, expensive function afterwards, etc? Becci always felt a bit like she'd missed out on something because we're not Catholic:rotfl: Anyway congrats to the girlies:goodvibes

:scared: £2700 for this year out of London, I dread to think how much it will be for next year out of Glasgow:eek: probably around the £3k mark:sad: I'm pretty much agreeing with Donny about moving the holiday to May. I've been getting my knickers in a twist about taking Becci out of school for eight days but I spoke to her BFF Chloe's mum (who is a secondary school maths teacher) and she said to just go for it and that she has kids who are regularly taken out of school for a whole month...she's even considering letting Chloe go with us next May so she'd be taking her out of school as well:banana: .

Hey Jen & Jenna hope you're Mothers Days become a lot more chilled and you have wonderful time:flower3: :grouphug:

Hope the kiddlywinks are feeling better soon Jen:goodvibes

Wembly:thumbsup2 ...hope your DH has a fun time Jo.

:rotfl2: :rotfl: We are so on the same page!

:goodvibes Everybody happy? :faint: Please tell me how you manage that? ;)

One does have to wonder; does his murse match his panites?

:thanks: Just got back from grocery shopping with Gab. We shaved her legs for the first time last week so we went and got her a new razor and shaving gel. :scared1: She is growing up WAY too fast for me! :sad1:

We'll be going to see my cranky :firefight at the station here in a bit. Wish me luck! pirate:

I was listening to the radio yesterday and one of the DJs was reporting from the mall. She told everyone to get their fannies down to the mall to buy their Mom's Day gifts. I about peed myself. :rotfl2: :rotfl: :lmao:

How annoying :headache: So what did you do in the end???

They wore the dresses that they wore to my nephews Christening, so no expense there and then it was just tea and cakes in the school hall afterwards so again no expense :yay: Not that I'm tight :rotfl:

:scared: £2700 for this year out of London
That is in August though, it's ridiculous prices isn't it :sad2:

Jess has been doing hers a little while (she's very dark) she's not 12 yet! I bought her an electric one so no cuts :thumbsup2

I know! My kids thought I had lost my mind I was laughing so hard. Big jobby doesn't even know what she said! :rotfl: :rotfl2:
OMG :rotfl:

Oh no hope they're feeling better now :goodvibes

:goodvibes Thanks. They are all extra fussy. Must be something in the water. :rolleyes1

Gab's is quite light but all her buddies are doing it so she has too. Peer pressure sucks!

Baffoons! :lmao:

How did their First Communion go?

That's great that you didn't have to spend a small fortune on the girlies First Communions. I've only been to a few Catholic First Communions and I didn't realise what a major expense it all is...mini bridal gown, veil, tiara, gloves, etc at not so mini prices, reception afterwards, gifts from guests, some people even hire limos!!!! Just be glad you're C of E;).

I think your August is our July, we also have the added problem that the majority of airlines think we should be paying extra for the privilage of being able to fly out of any airport north or the Watford Gap:mad: . Anyway I'll just have to wait until August to see what prices everyone's quoting for May and end of June before I can make any decisions...patience is a virtue that I do not possess in abundance I'm afraid:rolleyes1

It's good thus far or it was anyway. Got up at 6 am and did the Race for the Cure (see siggy), got home about 12, went to Joshua's soccer game, and then DH decided to have a total meltdown before he went to work. :scared: I mean sheesh, really. Anyway now poor Gab is upstairs in tears and I am feeling a little pissed off. Last night he surprised me with a wonderful Mother's Day dinner and gifts from the kids and I have no idea who peed in his Cheerios but someone surely did.

Hope you had a better weekend doll! :teeth:

Hope everyone had a wondahful motha's day!!!

How did their First Communion go?
Nice, Jess did pull a horrid face when she took communion though :rotfl2:
