If the MK reaches maximum capacity, would someone with a reservation still be allowed in?

If MK reaches maximum capacity on a given day, for ex, a holiday, and they won't let anyone else in, would they still let someone in with a reservation for a restaurant, etc?

Generally, no, but exceptions might be made on a case by case basis.

I would say that your chances are better if you are prepared to wait outside the entrance gate while a group of say 100 guests may be assembled and then admitted after an approximate number of other guests has exited.

Ticket sales are halted outside the park at some point as the park reaches capacity. If you do not have a ticket you would not be able to enter until after you succeeded in buying one

There are 4 stages to a park closure. One is they close the parking lots, another is only hotel guests by buses, the last is no one in. I'm not sure of the third one and I could have the levels wrong, but they have 4 different stopping points.

I don't remember the exact criteria but annual passholders have some priority, Disney's resort guests have some priority, etc. before being excluded. I do not think this has ever happened but if all 4 theme parks reached capacity, Disney's resort guests can take a bus to a park that Disney designates at the spur of the moment.

• WDW Resort Guests, including The Four Seasons Resort, Swan, Dolphin or Shades of Green, Hotel Plaza Boulevard hotels arriving by bus (Best Western Lake Buena Vista Resort Hotel, The Buena Vista Palace, DoubleTree Suites by Hilton Hotel, B Resort, Wyndham Lake Buena Vista Resort, Hilton), Golden Oak residents and guests.
• WDW Premier Passport, Annual & Premium Passholders
• Guests with Memory Maker
• Guests with dining reservations

Phase 1 Park Closing

• Guests with dining reservations
• Magic Kingdom Guests with reservations for Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique or The Pirates League
• Guests using Walt Disney World Resort Transportation will be admitted.

Phase 3 Park Closing
Admission is limited to:

no, Epcot is around 100K. Disney doesn't disclose numbers so all of these are just fan site guesstimates
