If the MK hours for June change, will they be posted on WDW's website

They will be posted on the web site, I use http://www.changenotes.com to track for changes. They do reserve the right and have been known to change hours for the actual week period you might be there so in theory you can never be sure on the hours or shows until you get there but the webiste will be very very accurate

The official Disney web site will be updated as changes are made, but the changes aren't done with any fanfare. It's kinda hard to track when things might change on a single day throughout your entire visit.

In all honesty, you're probably better off using a reliable source like the one that jaysue mentioned.

Special case: Last-minute extensions at the MK sometimes happen mid-way through the day based on the morning's gate, with no prior notice. When we were there last May, it happened on 3 days of our 5-day visit.

When this happens, the info is usually not posted except at the parking entrances and on the tip board at the entrance to the park. If it seems especially crowded, check with CM's around lunchtime to see if hours have been extended. If you are at a different park, ask a bus driver; they always know.

BEWARE the TIMECHARTS We were just there and the park hours changed daily and they changed from the book they gave us at the hotel and the web site - the only correct hours were listed in the parks on their time schedules. Also TL and BB change daily as weather and crowds permit so always ask a bus driver about those.
