If staying near Disney with kids

What else do you like to do besides Disney and Paris? Side trips and do you train or car?

Edited to ask if there is anything nearby you do? Oh and my kids will be 8 and 6.

There is Sea Life at Val d'Europe http://www.visitsealife.com/Paris/en/ which we have visited and is good and which normally DS would really enjoy but here all he wanted to do was get back to Disneyland! It is very easy to get to by car, bus or just one stop away by train.
